Puffgo reserves the right to assess the condition, age, and eligibility of returned goods before providing any repair, exchange, or refund.
If a product does not meet the return requirements, Puffgo may refuse repair, exchange, or refund.
Puffgo may return products to the manufacturer’s repair agent to verify faults or other issues.
Refunds are issued at Puffgo’s discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.
Refund Policy - The Basics
Puffgo will provide a refund or repair if:

The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.

The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

You can provide a Puffgo receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
Special Cases:

Promotional deals or bundles may have adjusted refund amounts if returning items affects deal eligibility. No refund will be issued for free items.

Refunds will be issued via direct bank transfer.
