Puffgo is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or third-party shipping providers.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Puffgo’s control, including busy seasons, weather, or customs processing.
Puffgo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay orders due to stock availability, payment issues, or other operational reasons.

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 in New Zealand qualify for free overnight shipping.*
*Free shipping does not apply to rural delivery or Saturday delivery.

New Zealand Shipping Rates:

• Standard Overnight Courier (excludes rural areas and weekends): $4

• Rural Courier (1–2 days): $7

• Saturday Courier (excludes rural areas): $8

Processing & Dispatch:

​

• Please allow 1–2 days for warehouse processing.

• Orders must be placed before 2 PM for overnight shipping.

• Eligible shipping methods depend on your postcode, determined via the NZ Post Address and Postcode Finder.

• Puffgo selects overnight courier by default for New Zealand deliveries, but delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by NZ Post or Aremex, particularly during busy seasons.

Delivery Requirements:

• All orders require a signature on delivery.

• Parcels are sent with 18+ stickers; ID must be verified upon delivery.

• Orders cannot be left unattended; Puffgo cannot authorize “Authority to Leave” (ATL) or remove the signature requirement.

• Missed deliveries should be directed to NZ Post or Aremex for resolution.

• Puffgo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on non-signature orders.

• Estimated shipping times do not include warehouse processing time.

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days for warehouse handling.

• Delivery Estimates & Methods: Standard, rural, and Saturday courier options, plus free shipping thresholds.

• Signature & Age Verification: All parcels require a signature and ID check (18+).

• Restrictions & Exceptions: Free shipping limitations, rural areas, and weekend deliveries.
