Puffgo will accept product returns and provide a refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or description; and
• You can present your Puffgo receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Puffgo may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the issue. If the product is found to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, unfit for purpose, or not matching its description or sample, Puffgo will offer a repair, exchange, or refund.

If you cannot present your Puffgo receipt or acceptable proof of purchase, Puffgo reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Deals & Bundles

Where a refund is requested for an item purchased as part of a promotional deal, Puffgo may adjust the refund amount according to the deal’s eligibility terms. No refund will be issued for free items, and refund amounts may be recalculated if returning an item causes the deal eligibility to no longer be met.

All orders should be placed before 2pm for overnight shipping.
Your postcode determines your eligible shipping method based on the NZ Post Address and Postcode Finder.

Please note: we always select overnight courier for parcels being sent within New Zealand, but delivery time frames are not guaranteed by NZ Post or Aremex during busy seasons.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All orders are dispatched with signature required.

All parcels are sent with 18+ stickers, meaning ID must be sighted on delivery.
Orders cannot be left unattended, and Puffgo cannot arrange ATL (Authority to Leave) or remove the signature requirement.

If you miss your delivery, please contact NZ Post or Aremex directly for assistance.

Puffgo will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages on non-signature orders.
